Recently we had an great opportunity to interact with one of our prospect client , who has some of the challenges in terms of onboarding resources and securing the organizations data , documents and few other problem .They had shared with same problem statement with few other service providers , everybody came with fantastic solutions . you may be thinking what is the problem then , the solution is not just to solve your current problem . Problem Statement : The client has a manufacturing unit , they engage consultant both in Engineering and IT for short term project . For every consultant they used to provide Laptop with mid range configuration each worth around 60k on average . some time in a year they used to have 10 to 15 consultant .On the off peak time they will have only 5 consultant . In the course of time the device deprecate and the configuration is not fix for the purpose and it become liable .
The solution what we proposed is Azure virtual desktop +BYOD(Bring your own device ), the solution really helped the client and scaling and help to reduce the lead time in providing the devices and other main aspect is the reduction in the capital expenditure .Easy to onboard and offboard and pay based on the usage and more over with remote working capability
